After discussing with my tutor Matt, I have decided to place my building in a rocky and dry environment, such as the canyons. The canyon's textures and shape is similar to how my building is shaped in a jagged and unique structure, which emphasises the concept of "integrating with its environment".
CRYENGINE ENVIRONMENT SO FAR:
Might actually make the canyon even larger so then my building will stand out even more with it's wide structure across the cliffs....
TEST IMPORT 3DS MAX TO CRYENGINE
I'll place the structure in between the two cliffs (planning to make the cliff wider, so the building will be more effective and stand out more in the middle)
I thought my model had too much details to import, but fortunately it was able to import all of the details :)!!
Now I need to figure out how to import materials/ textures onto the building

- My building is going to be residential apartments in the future wrapped around a bridge across a canyon. Due to global warming, the world has changed drastically, leaving it into a deserted place. The model will become a city on its own, bringing life and movement within its environment. The types of user group that are going to inhabit this building, will be families- or everyone in general.
- The additional technology that I am going to use is BuildAr. I can utilise BuildAr to unpack my layers (similar to project 2). I can show the different sections of the apartments as well as the circulation of the bridge with BuildAr.
